By accessing or using Veloce // Fuel ("the App", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App and that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You may not use the App if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of Portugal, the European Union, or your country of residence.

Veloce // Fuel provides a digital tool for generating endurance-fueling timelines based on user-input parameters (body weight, race duration, sweat rate, etc.) and a curated product database.

The App operates on a "freemium" model:

• Free tier: one saved plan, generic products, science articles
• Pro tier: unlimited plans, custom products, calculators, and export features (subscription required)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All fueling plans, custom products, and user preferences created in the App are stored locally on your device (localStorage) unless you create an account and opt into cloud sync. We do not claim ownership over your user-generated content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

All content, code, designs, logos, and trademarks in the App are the property of Veloce // Fuel or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VELOCE // FUEL OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
